A Citizens Advice Bureau Advisor is in attendance in the Community Room at the Health Centre every Monday. Appointments via Health Centre reception 01628 666326.

Bucks Floating Support – Friday 10am – 1pm (alternate weeks) in the Community Room at the Health Centre. Housing help and advice “drop in” service. Tel. 01296 484322 for more information.

Age Concern “Happy Feet” Toe Nail Cutting Service – Wednesday mornings in Burnham Health Centre. This service is for adults who are unable to cut their own toe nails. There will be a charge for this service. Patients can obtain referral forms from Health Centre reception but these must be signed by a GP. (We regret this service is not able to assist patients with diabetes or who are on anti-coagulants e.g. Warfarin or patients who are taking Aspirin on a regular basis).

 

Help with Transport

Burnham Good Neighbour Scheme ( Burnham Community Association) – Volunteer driversprovide door to door transport to hospital, health centre and other health related appointments. This service is for people without other transport available. Donations towards expenses welcomed. Tel. 07508 240762

Burnham Community Association Minibus – Provides transport to many local older people’s groups. Also a weekly shopping trip to Asda. Passengers collected from and returned to their homes. Tel. 07515 459946
