Due to Patient Access updating it's website, some patients are having difficulties logging into their account. Patient Access are looking into this issue. This is a nationwide problem.
Patient Access are advising when you first access the new website via the email/message they have sent, ensure you use your USER ID not your email address.
If your have forgotten your user ID or password click the appropriate link and a reminder test or email will be sent to you. If you are still not able to access the website please try again in a few hours.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are in constant contact with Patient Access trying to solve this problem.

Burnham Health Centre offers the ability to book appointments online using Patient Access, an online application from our clinical system supplier EMIS.
The maximum number of appointments you are allowed to hold as far as the online system is concerned is 2 although you can book more than this from our reception team. If you already have 2 or more future appointments booked, Patient Access will not allow you the opportunity to book any additional ones.
Given below is a brief description of what appointment types are available:
PA (Patient Access) Surgery Appt: This is a standard 10 minute appointment between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm most likely for some time within the next 4 weeks.
PA on the day: A 10 minute appointment with a GP on the same day between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm. These are also released for booking at 7:30am on the same day
PA Telephone Appt: A 5 minute on the day telephone appointment for dealing with a single issues such as conjunctivitis or a cough or cold. These are released online for booking at 7:30am on the same day. ****PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY FOR THESE APPOINTMENTS*****
PA Routine Bloods: This is a standard appointment between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm most likely for some time within the next 4 weeks.
PA Warfarin Only: This is a standard 10 minute appointment between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm most likely for some time within the next 4 weeks for patients on warfarin
If you log on to Patient Access and are unable to see any appointments, it may be that none are available, or it may be that you already have 2 or more future appointments booked. You can still ring in and make an appointment via our reception team on 01628 666326.
Please be aware that if you book appointments online but then fail to either cancel or attend them, your ability to book online will be removed.
